ABOUT LAVAWN
One Advisor. Every Chapter.
REALTOR® · SENIOR REAL ESTATE SPECIALIST · CERTIFIED PROBATE & TRUST SPECIALIST
For over 30 years, LaVawn Cortesi has helped Bay Area families move through life's most consequential decisions — not one at a time, but together, as a single integrated plan.
Why One Advisor Changes Everything
Most families work with a real estate agent, a financial advisor, and an estate planning attorney — separately. Each professional sees only their piece of the picture. LaVawn sees all of it.
Over three decades in the Bay Area, she has guided hundreds of families through the intersection of selling a home, funding retirement, and protecting what they've built. Her approach is simple: these decisions don't happen in isolation, so your advisor shouldn't work in one either.
Whether you're downsizing, navigating a senior transition, settling an estate, or planning your next chapter, LaVawn brings the full picture into focus — and stays with you through every step.
"The best financial decision you'll ever make is choosing an advisor who understands that your home, your retirement, and your legacy are all part of the same story."
